Had you ever
have the problem for getting into the login pages? You found out that not about
of Internet connection and Browser issue, that because of the Https pages are
not allowed you login. Even you contact to your ISP’s company or your Apple’s
technician. But they can’t help you figure out. Please watch my video tutorial
with the following solution description to fix the hell problem immediately.
Step -1 – Understand the network
configuration

You’d
better to take few minutes to watch my other video of Network Configuration if
you don't really understand the network setting that would be much more help to
figure this hell issues before getting start!
The Https server would be suspected the client's request
because some security reasons such as the client’s data not match. Therefore,
the error message show up when the server refuse to retrieve the client login
data.
The following 8
reasons of unable to login the HTTPS page;
1. Your computer’s information source has been changed
probably indirectly that makes your information not match to the Https server.
2. Any newest software or browser haven’t updated yet?
Such as OS, Firefox, Safari, IE…
3. Check out your TCP/IP address has already expired.
4. The digital certificate expired is one of the main
reasons to make you being not trustful, so that why you can’t login the secure
page.
5. The firewall turn on or the anti-virus software running
that would be blocked you to solve the login problem.
6. Login unusual user account and keychain access haven’t
verify yet.
7. Parental Control to block you login some secure pages.
8. Browser history interfere…
Step – 2 – To update
the latest version browser

This solution only for Mac Book’s users with using the
browser of Safari and Firefox or IE (Internet Explorer)
§ Firefox –
open Firefox browser, click “Firefox” that on the left top corner bar, choose
“About Firefox”.
§ Safari -
Click the apple symbol on the left top corner, choose “About this Mac” ->
“Software Update…”
Mention 1: check
out the Firefox shortcut on desktop has updated yet; otherwise, replaces the
new one to stop the issue.
Mention 2: it
would be more safe and free to download the latest browser on the official
websites.
Step – 3 - Clean up
the browser history, remove all the cookies and then reset

The old links history and Cookies hung on the browser would
be annoyed you to linking the login pages. So you have to clean these all and
reset the browser again.
Firefox - Clean
Cookies & History
Click “Firefox” -> “Preferences” -> “Privacy”
->”click the link of “clear your recent history” ->”Choose “Everything”
-> “Clear now” >>> and then click “remove individual cookies” ->
“Remove all cookies”.
Firefox - Reset
“Help” -> choose “Restart with Add-ons ” -> click
“Restart” tab -> Choose “Start in Safe Mode”.
Safari – Remove
cookies
Click “Safari” -> “Preferences” -> “Privacy” ->
click “Remove All Websites Data”
Safari – Clean
history
Click “History” -> select the bottom “Clear History”
Safari – Reset
Click “Safari” -> select “Reset Safari”
Step – 4 – Turn off
the firewall and Verify Keychain Access

§ Turn off
your Mac firewall and defend software as Anti-Virus at this moment to allow
the software updated.
Go to “System Preferences” -> “Security & Privacy”
-> “Firewall” -> click the lock symbol at the left lower corner to unlock
make changes -> login your username and password -> “unlock” -> click
“Turn On / Off Firewall”
§ Turn off any anti-virus software and Parent lock- > System Preferences
> Parental Controls
§ Make sure use your main user login your Mac and process the Keychain Access verification.
Go to “Finder” -> “Applications” -> “Utilities” -> “Keychain
Access”
Click the “Keychain Access” that on the top left corner
nearby Apple symbol ->
Choose “Keychain First Aid” -> enter your username and
password -> select “Verify” -> click “Start” tab
Step – 5 – Valid
Digital Certificates
Duration: 13:38 – 18:11
Go back to Keychain Access -> Certificate
Your digital certificates have expired so that the main
reason of why you can’t access to the login page!
Set up CA status
§ Click “Keychain Access” on the left top corner
-> “Preferences” -> choose “Certificates”
§ Set Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP)
and Certificate Revocation List (CRL) both set to “Best attempt”, and then
Priority to (OCSP).
Get your “Public Key
Certificate”
§ Request
CA – Certificate Authority
Click “Keychain Access” again and choose
“Certificate Assistant” -> “Request a Certificate from Certificate Authority…”
-> Enter your valid email address and common name -> choose “Request is:”
“Email to the CA” or “Save to disk” -> click “Continue” and “Done” tab ->
If chose “Email to the CA” and then drag the
CA to your desktop from Mail attachment.
Get your “Private
Key” and make a confirmation
§ Trustful
Certificate – verify the trust certificate to allow you access the HTTPS
server.
Click the “Keychain Access” again and choose
“Certificate Assistant” -> “Evaluate ‘A-Trust-nQual-01’…” -> “Generic
(certificate chain validation only)” -> click “Continue” -> “Done”
Step – 6 – Create a
new network location
Duration: 18:12 – 24: 31
§ Create a
new channel –
“System Preferences” -> “Network” ->
Click “+” to add
a new channel -> Enter the Service name and then click “Create” tab.
High light the channel you don’t want and click “-“ to delete it.
§ Request a
new IP address
High light the new channel -> Click “Advanced” -> “TCP/IP” -> choose “Using DHCP”
-> “Renew DHCP Lease” -> click “OK”
§ Add
Google’s Public Server optionally
Click “DNS” - > Remain your router IP and click “+” to
add one more server “8.8.8.8” or “8.8.4.4” -> “OK”
And then click “Apply” to complete the change request.
§ Create a
new located and connect to new channel
“Assist me…” -> “Assistant” -> create the new location
name then click “continue” -> choose the network port configuration of Wi-Fi
airport, cable, DSL or the other…. Then click “Continue” -> select the
router you want to join and then put the password -> “Continue” -> Get
the message of Ready to connect the network with your indicate router and click
“OK” -> Click “Done” if you got the successfully connection.
After creates the new location and
the network connection seems faster.
New location can able to recognize
your local device that matches the last record.
Hint to fix
connection problem:
Click “Assist me” -> “Diagnostics….” -> choose “DHCP”
(if you used DHCP) -> “Continue” to confirm if you used DSL or cable modem
connection.
Go to “Step 7” if you got the “restart” device message.
Step – 7 – Unplug
router and modem, shut down the Mac

Unplug all the devices and shut down your Mac at least 30 minutes or you’d better to turn off over night, you have to go take a good sleep!

Please don't be worry when you see the coming screen without
the channel that I show you before, which were the sample of how to create a
new channel, connect with new location. Because I used the same way to create
my original Wi-Fi channel in early time, so that why I deleted it, don't want
to confuse the server!
Step – 8 –
Reconnection

“System Preferences” -> “Network” ->
Suppose you can see the network has already connected to
your router automatically and you’ve already gotten the TCP/IP address.
However, if not, please take the following steps;
Click “Assist me” -> “Diagnostics” -> choose network
port to “Wi-Fi” -> “Continue” -> check the box of “Use Wi-Fi” ->
“Continue”
-Trouble shoot -
---- Reset the router and modem if you got the “restart”
message again ---
---- Choose the network router that you want to connect and
enter the correct password if requested ---
---- Click “Quit” if was successfully connected ----
Hints: Choose the
right channel connect to right location; otherwise, it will get slow because
the server will get misunderstand your locate.
Step – 9 – Directly
login

After done the reconnection the first using any browser as
Firefox, IE or Safari, put the URL directly to the top search bar instead of
using any search engines as Google. This way to make a new path history, avoid
through the search result page links that make the path indirectly and
complicated.
