PHP for newbies(Part 3) -- htdocs VS phpMyadmin


Can I save the PHP file into “phpMyadmin” folder directory instead of “htdocs”?

LOCALHOST/HELLO.PHP
LOCALHOST/PHPMYADMIN/HELLO.PHP

Which one is better?
